Under the GDPR, our legal basis for collecting this information is Contractual Necessity (to fulfill our coaching agreement and schedule sessions) and Legitimate Interest (to communicate with you and improve our services).

I take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure or loss.

3. Third-Party Services

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share necessary data with trusted third-party platforms that make our work possible:

  • TidyCal: Used to schedule our meetings.
  • Google Meet: Used to conduct our online sessions.
  • Umami Analytics: We use basic, privacy-first website analytics to understand site traffic, which processes only anonymized data without using cookies.

4. International Data Transfers

We operate from Serbia. By using our third-party scheduling and communication tools (such as TidyCal and Google), your data may be processed on servers located outside of your country of residence, including the United States.

These providers maintain their own privacy and data protection practices in accordance with applicable laws.

5. Data Retention

We retain your contact information only for as long as we maintain a professional relationship, or until you request its deletion.
