Clarity does not come from forcing yourself harder.
1:1 Work-Life Transition Coaching for when your current path no longer fits.
When something in your life or work is asking for change, it can be hard to hear your next step through the inner noise. This process helps you slow down, create space, and find a grounded direction forward.
You may be here because something no longer fits.
Maybe things look fine from the outside. But inside there is tiredness, confusion or a growing sense that something needs to change.
The way you work or live has started to feel too heavy, tight, and no longer true to the person you are becoming.
When you reach this point, the mind naturally starts working overtime. You compare options, imagine possible futures, and question past choices— trying to force an answer from a part of yourself that is already exhausted.
Where we begin.
Sometimes we need to stop before we can move forward - to slow down enough to notice what is happening inside: what feels heavy, what feels alive, and what feels true.
You do not need to know your next step before we begin. This work starts exactly where you are—with the pressure, the confusion, the longing, and the part of you that already knows it is time to move.
The Process: Settle, Listen, Shape
A simple process for moving from pressure and confusion toward clarity and a more grounded direction.
Settle
We slow down, so you can arrive, breathe, notice what is happening, and let the pressure soften.
Listen
We listen beneath the noise: to needs, fears, body signals, values, desires, resistance, and the parts of you pulling in different directions.
Shape
We turn what becomes clear into something practical: a decision, direction, boundary, experiment, or next step that feels honest, realistic, and sustainable.
What we can work on together
You can bring a clear question, or simply a sense that something is asking for your attention. This work can support you with:
- Life or work crossroads
- Career change or professional direction
- Important personal and professional decisions
- Freelance, creative, or purpose-driven business paths
You do not need to fit into a perfect category to begin.
A decision has to feel possible, not only logical.
You can understand a choice completely in your mind and still feel unable to live it. That is why traditional coaching is often not enough.
This work goes deeper.
Through somatic coaching, we combine clear reflection with body-based listening. Your next step becomes more than a good idea. It becomes a direction you have the actual nervous-system capacity to carry forward.

Your Guide
My professional path has not been a straight line. From economics and corporate work, through entrepreneurship and social-impact projects, to somatic coaching, I kept returning to the same question:
What kind of work truly makes sense?
That question continues to shape how I work today. I draw on experience from different fields to support both clear thinking and embodied change, through three main areas:
- Business & Strategy: Practical experience designing and structuring real-world projects and transitions.
- Somatic Intelligence: Specialized three-year education in the Somatic Experiencing®, alongside long-term training in body-oriented and integrative personal development.
- Coaching Frameworks: Professional life and business coaching training through Mindvalley.
Frequently Asked Questions
Life and business coaching is a structured conversation that helps you look at a situation more clearly: what is happening, what matters, what feels stuck, and what may need to move next. It is a process of grounded reflection, strategic support, and finding clear direction. It is not advice-giving.
Traditional coaching often focuses only on the analytical mind. Somatic coaching integrates the body (the nervous system) into the process. It helps ensure that the strategic decisions you make conceptually are actually decisions your nervous system has the capacity to carry out, leading to honest and sustainable change.
No. A simple sense that something is unclear or asking for attention is enough to begin. You can simply show up exactly as you are.
No, I will not make decisions for you or give you a rigid formula to follow. I will help you slow down, see the options clearly, and find a direction that feels realistic and entirely your own.
While many clients come seeking career counseling or help with a career change, career transitions are intimately connected to wider life questions: meaning, boundaries, relationships, energy, habits, and how you want to live. Our focus will be on the reality of your situation, regardless of how you categorize it.
This is coaching and personal development work. We focus strictly on your current situation, choices, existing patterns, and grounded next steps. If you require clinical or medical support, it is important to work with a professional in that field.
Not necessarily. The proposed format is built on experience and provides a strong foundation for most people. However, we all navigate different life circumstances, rhythms, capacities, and daily loads. That is why we use the initial clarity call to explore whether this specific format feels right for you, or if something needs to be adjusted. It is deeply important to me that the process is supportive, sustainable, and aligned with the reality of your current situation.
If you sense that this process would be truly valuable for you, but the financial investment is a barrier right now, mention it during our clarity call. We all navigate different life circumstances, and there is sometimes space to explore and find a model that is sustainable for both of us.
